Rescheduling & Cancellation Policies:

✔️ Rescheduling: You may reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice. Changes within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a $25 rescheduling fee.
❌ Late Cancellations (within 48 hours): Non-refundable.
🚫 No-Show Policy: Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable. Rescheduling after a no-show requires a $25 fee.
⚠️ Refund Exceptions: If you experience an emergency, please reach out. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
